Grocery list on a budget
The Health care workers challenge: Eat healthy and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Great news people, even though the cost of living is getting higher. Even though the cost of groceries are rising we don’t always need expensive powders and artificial superfoods to experience health and vitality. We don’t always need those things to be healthy.
Save your money while eating healthy. Remember these tips and practise them. Use a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet. They can be dried, frozen canned or fresh. Bananas and apples are some great choices. Foods such as carbohydrates should be high in fibres like potatoes and breads with grains. Use high protein foods like using fish, peas, beans and meats. You can choose inexpensive foods which can provide nutrients without stretching your pocket.
