Eat well and include your macro nutrients

Remember to consume carbohydrates such as grains – pasta, bread, noodles and eat your fruits and legumes. Some proteins are fish, eggs, dairy products and nuts. For fats we can also use avocados, butter, palm oil and olive oil to name a few.
Our bodies need macronutrients as they help us to maintain a healthy body. According to factors such as individual differences in age, weight, height and particular health conditions. The specific amount of macronutrients each person needs will vary. The important thing is to remember to include your macronutrients in your diet as much as possible as we all need calories and energy to maintain our body’s structure and function.
